Drinking - start day with hot water with fresh lemon and a slice of fresh ginger. 6-8 glasses of water a day. Herbal tea without sugar. Fresh juice.
Colourful variety of fruit and vegetables - Green leafy veg, cabbage, broccoli, brussel sprouts, cauliflower, celery, lettuce, cucumber, radishes, strawberries, peaches, cherry and apples
Fresh or dried herbs - turmeric, basil, bay leaf, fennel, dill, ginger, black pepper, mint
Beans - bean sprouts,
Seeds and nuts - brazils, chestnuts, pine nuts
Grains - brown basmati rice, millet, oat bran
