Naranpar Gaam AGM  was held on 26/06/2008 at 8.15PM to 10.00PM

We had reasonable response at the AGM. Items discussed as follows:-

Update on minutes from various Committee Meetings with announcement on confirmation date for Annual Function 2010 - 15th August 2010

Presentation of Accounts and various fund update and were pass by the members present.

Letters from India.

Update on SKLPC and garab issues with SKLPC.

Culture Activities update with more emphasis on sport activates in the morning as per invitation details.

Update Narapar gaam utensils and storage arrangement.

Thanks to all those who participated in various issues discussed at this AGM, including a generous donation of ALL food item for the 2009 function..

Finally, request to all Naranpar Gaam members to volunteer their services for food preparation on Saturday 18/07/2009 and at the annual Naranpar Gaam function on 19/07/09, both at Samaj Northolt.
